What You Would Do

• Conducting SEO-related activities such as link building, adding schema markup, writing and implementing on-page elements
• Social Media content creation and scheduling tools
• Google Business Profile management
• Email Marketing software and campaign strategies
• Fundamentals of Google website design
• Digital marketing quality control processes and best practices
• Local search marketing tools and strategies
• Paid search (PPC) management basics and reporting
• Conversion tracking strategies and basics

This is a good position for... Someone that isn't sure if the digital marketing career is for them, but they think there might be something there.

This would be a lousy position for... Someone who wants to file paperwork and sweep up the office.

Required Experience

• Worked a full-time or part-time job while attending college
• Self-taught learner (no college degree needed)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment
• Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Willing to accept new challenges (Run Toward Fire)
• Passionate about your work and ready to push creative limits
• Ability to hold to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals
